Cozy bedrooms.  With resort real estate sleeping options are a must. Here in Breckenridge designing homes with “bunk rooms” is becoming a standard feature. We even see built-in bunks, as seen in this photo. ?️

Lighting options are often incorporated into the design as well allowing sleepers to read in their cozy little nook.

Often these special rooms will be built with video options being pre-planned into the design. Offering a place to have a Smart TV that allows one to login to #Netflix or other apps is a great option for those wanting to rent or even for their own vacation getaways.  ?

As with all bedrooms, all windows must meet egress standards and have closets to be considered in the bedroom count when advertising for sale. Homes that don’t meet these standards need to disclose these facts.
