The units at Crystal Peak Lodge were built in 2007 by Vail Resorts Development Company. The complex has one to four bedroom condos that range in square footage and layouts. Each condo does have a balcony or patio which range in views from watching skiers right out your door, to beautiful views of the town of Breckenridge below. Size One bedroom condos are around 700 square feet. Two bedroom condominiums are approximately 1,000-1,200 square feet, depending on if the unit has a den. Three bedroom units are about 1,400 square feet with four bedroom units coming in around 2,000 square feet. Lockers Owners have access to ski lockers in the underground garage. It’s very convenient to leave your skis, snowboards, or other personal items in these lockers so when you return to Breckenridge for your next trip, everything is right there. Washers and Dryers Washers and dryers are owned by each condo owner and are located inside each unit. Many resorts do not have this convenience. It can be a nice perk to be able to dry wet mittens and socks at the end of a great day on the mountain.Amenities
Crystal Peak Lodge owners and guests have access to onsite amenities as well as those located in the adjacent resort at One Ski Hill Place. Onsite amenities include a fitness center, private ski lockers, billiards, hot tubs, and outdoor fireplace and fire pit. Crystal Peak has beautiful and large areas in the lobby area as well as upstairs from the lobby to another level of gathering areas. Guests can congregate next to the fire located near the entrance or play a game of pool. Accessing One Ski Hill Place is easily done via the gondola, which stops at Crystal Peak Lodge. The next stop over is One Ski Hill Place on Peak 8. Amenities here include a bowling alley, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, theater room with movies to rent, steam room, sauna, and exercise facilities. Reservations are need for the bowling alley and theater room. Call 970-547-8802 to reserve. Rejuvenation Mini Spa is also located at One Ski Hill Place. This is because you are purchasing a newer Breckenridge condo that comes with many amenities, a beautiful lobby area, ski-in / ski-out access, and its location to the gondola.
