The building has three stories and is divided into two sections of River Mountain East and West. River Mountain Lodge Location

River Mountain Lodge resort is located at the corner of Park S Ave and Ski Hill Road by the major traffic lights at that crossroad and the small roundabout in Breckenridge. The main entrance of the complex is from the Park S Ave side. To access the parking garage for the complex you need to enter from the Ski Hill Road side. River Mountain Lodge resort is one of the most popular in-town complexes in Breckenridge. This location is fantastic thus attracting many homeowners and travelers for their short-term rentals. To the right side of the complex, you will find a ski rental equipment shop and liquor store.

At the back of the complex, the Blue River is flowing and there is a bridge that connects you to the main attractions in town. To access the ski runs, you can take a free shuttle in town, that stops right in front of the complex. Coming back from the mountain is easy. You can ski down 4’Oclock Run to the bottom, cross the street, and you are back at your condo.

River Mountain Lodge Resort offers plenty of on-site amenities. As you enter the complex, you will see a large lounge area by the fireplace that offers bar service. That’s where you can also use the assistance from the 24 hours operated front desk. In the central courtyard of the complex, there is a heated, swimming pool and four hot tubs. You can also enjoy the BBQ/grill area outside. Inside the resort, you can relax at the sauna and steam room and exercise at the fitness facility. The complex also offers a special shower and changing room that is available to skiers and riders that have checked out in the morning but wanted to use the facility after spending a day on the mountain. The free underground, heating garage can be accessed from the Ski Hill Road and the key card to your room will open the garage door. There are also private storage closets located in the garage. The complex is equipped with two elevators to correspond to the East and West buildings and its parking sections.
