With the on-site property management company, you and guests will have access to their on call shuttle from The Corral to Beaver Run for skiing.
Elevators are located in each building at the Corral complex. This is very convenient after a fun day on the mountain – no carrying skis up flights of stairs!

The Corral at Breckenridge Location
The Corral at Breckenridge is located in the popular Warrior’s Mark neighborhood. Located off of Broken Lance Drive from S Main Street, the complex is is a prime location in Breckenridge. The Corral complex consists of three separate buildings: south, east, and west. From any of the buildings it is an easy 5 minute walk to the base of Peak 9. Head down Columbine Road and walk around Maggie Pond and you will arrive at the base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver chairlift.
Downtown Breckenridge is also a short walk away from The Corral at Breckenridge, but if you don’t feel like walking you can hop on the free shuttle with the bus stop located on Broken Lance Drive.

The Corral Homeowner’s Association is managed by Great Western Lodging. You can access their resource area which contains HOA documents and other information a or at (970) 453-1009.
The dues are paid monthly and they include the following: Cable Tv, Common Area Maintenance, Common Taxes, Heat, Insurance, Internet / Wi-Fi, Management, Snow Removal, Trash Pickup, Water / Sewer.
Some of the units at The Corral at Breckenridge have private garages and some only have surface parking available. A nice perk is the driveways are heated. Something to keep in mind is it is not always an option to park in front of a garage due to the fire line. Before purchasing any unit, it’s important to understand what parking options are available with a particular unit.
