Main Street Station Location
Main Street Station Condos are close to the base of Peak 9. The Quicksilver chairlift is located right behind Main Street Station. To access the ski area you just need to take a short walk around Maggie Pond. The complex has west views of Breckenridge Ski Resort. Main Street Station condos are luxury condominium units in a great location with plenty of amenities. Therefore, the price per sq foot is on a higher end in that splendid complex. The properties will attract a lot of short term rentals with guests that are willing to pay premium price. It is always essential to make calculations and see what potential gross rental income you can generate and if that makes financial sense with your situation and how you plan on using the unit. Overall the condos will produce much higher rentals for its size in comparison to other complexes.
Vacasa manages the front desk at the complex and offer 24 hours service to homeowners and guests. They also manage the Main Street Station Homeowners Association. While you can choose to have your condo managed by another property management company, there are some considerations to take into account. For example, if you choose to use another rental company then, your guests would not be able to use the front desk at the complex, often being referred to a front desk at the property management location which is off-site. It can be confusing for the guests and it may impact their experience, however, a lot of local property managers are good at explaining that to their guests before arrival.
