About Breckenridge Parking
Parking in Breckenridge is limited and can be challenging at times. Therefore, we highly recommend using public transportation when possible. However, if you prefer to move around town in your car, you may find the information below helpful.
The Town of Breckenridge has implemented an innovative smart parking system. Solar-powered, wireless pay parking stations are scattered throughout downtown and in the parking lots. Paid parking is in place and patrons can pay with credit cards at the pay station or on their smartphone using an app without ever having to visit a pay station.
Free Parking After 3 PM
• South gondola lot at 145 Watson Ave. South Gondola Lot is ONLY free after 3 p.m. during the summer.
• Wellington & Tiger Dredge. Tiger Dredge is ONLY free after 3 p.m. in the winter.
• East Sawmill Lot at 100 N. Main Street Alley
• F lot – Free AFTER 3 p.m. in the summer and 5 p.m. in the winter.
Free Parking All Day
Free parking is available at 1760 Airport Road Lot. Overnight parking at that lot is paid.
Overnight Parking
Breck Park offers overnight parking for guests and residents at AIRPORT ROAD PARKING LOT (1760 Airport Road, Breckenridge, CO 80424). It is the only parking lot that you can park overnight. It is limited to 14 days and the cost is $5 per 24 hours from Monday till Thursday and $10 per 24 hours from Friday to Sunday. You can purchase your ticket on-site from the machine. The machine only accepts credit cards. You are not able to reserve parking in advance.
Breck Park Mobile App
Breck Park Mobile App is a convenient way of paying for parking services, that allows extending your parking time from far away.
You can download the app from both the App Store and Google Play. Registration is required and free of charge. Follow the instructions in the app.
TIP 1: To extend the parking stay at a location, you will have to extend before the parking session expires.
TIP 2: 61st and Pena Boulevard Parking lot at Denver International Airport also uses the same app!
